Your use of www.sitemapauto.com (the « Service ») is governed by these Terms of Service (the « Terms »). Any change to these Terms will be posted on this page. Please read them carefully.

1. The Service

sitemapauto.com is a free online tool that automatically generates the XML sitemap file of a website. It is accessible at www.sitemapauto.com and through any dedicated pages we may operate on social media.

2. Acceptable use

You may only submit websites that you own, or that you are otherwise authorized to crawl. You agree not to use the Service to crawl a third-party website without permission, to circumvent the usage limits built into the Service, to place an unreasonable load on our infrastructure, or to use the Service for any unlawful purpose. Usage is currently limited to 22 crawls per IP address every 24 hours, and to 5,000 pages per crawl. We may change these limits, or suspend access, at any time.

3. Ownership and license

The Service is the exclusive property of www.sitemapauto.com. We grant you a free, personal, non-exclusive and non-transferable right to access and use the Service. All other rights are expressly reserved and require our prior written consent.

The sitemap file generated for you is yours to use as you see fit. In line with common practice on the Internet, advertising may be displayed within the Service.

4. Availability — no warranty

We aim to keep www.sitemapauto.com available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, except during scheduled or unscheduled maintenance or in the event of circumstances beyond our control.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED « AS IS » AND « AS AVAILABLE », WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION ANY WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. We do not warrant that the crawl will discover every page of your website, that the generated sitemap will be free of errors or omissions, or that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free. You are responsible for reviewing the generated file before publishing it.

5. Limitation of liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, SEARCH ENGINE RANKINGS OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF, OR INABILITY TO USE, THE SERVICE. Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties or the limitation of liability for incidental or consequential damages, so some of the above may not apply to you.

6. Personal data

Simply browsing the Service does not involve any processing of personal data, except for advertising and audience measurement purposes as described in our Cookie Policy. The IP address of visitors is stored temporarily, for no more than 24 hours, for the sole purpose of enforcing the usage limits described in section 2.

If you subscribe to the www.sitemapauto.com newsletter, you will need to provide a valid email address. You have the right to access, correct and delete the data collected through your use of the Service. You may exercise these rights, and unsubscribe from the newsletter at any time, by writing to contact@1avance.com. Your email address is stored on the servers of www.sitemapauto.com and kept for as long as you remain subscribed to the newsletter.

7. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a new « last updated » date, and takes effect as soon as it is posted. Continuing to use the Service after that date means you accept the updated Terms.
